Mr. Nnorom is the President and COO of Heirs Holdings. Prior to this position, he was appointed Executive Director of UBA in 2008 and was in charge of the Group’s African subsidiaries as MD/CEO, UBA Africa. He has also held the position of Group Chief Operating Officer with responsibility over information technology, operations, corporate services, marketing and corporate communications, customer service, UBA Properties, human resources and regulatory affairs.
Mr. Emmanuel N. Nnorom is a seasoned auditor and accountant with over 2 decades of experience working with several companies quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is an Alumnus of the Oxford University Templeton College and a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He trained as an accountant with Peat Marwick Castleton Elliot & Co., winning the First Prize in the finals of the May 1982 diet of ICAN examinations.
Kayode Fasola is the regional executive in charge of the South West Business Group in Wema Bank Plc. He is a professional banker with over 20 years cognate experience in Banking operations, Relationship Management, Business Development, Credit Analysis, Performance Management, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Public Sector, Risk Management and Business Strategy.
Mr. Fasola started his career in Nigeria Agricultural Co-operative and Rural Development Bank, Kaduna. He has held various Management positions in Wema Bank. He was at various times the Directorate Head, Commercial Banking and then Public Sector.
He holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan, an MBA (Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and an MBA (Banking) from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School and the London Business School.
He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and an honorary senior member, Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria.
Dati Abbey Hart is the Managing Director/C.E.O of StarFleet Energy limited, an indigenous Oil and Gas firm operating in the downstream petroleum marketing sector . It is a petroleum marketing company by definition. It is involved in distribution, marketing and trading of petroleum products throughout Nigeria and West Africa. His primary responsibilities are to oversee the company’s operational and business development activities in the Energy Sector.
Prior to founding StarFleet Energy Limited, Mr Abbey-Hart worked across various business units including Strategy, Real Estate and Industry Control at Transcorp where he was involved in transactions such as the NITEL/MTEL acquisition, Transcorp Hilton Expansion and the company’s upstream Energy Projects.
Mr Abbey-Hart’s early working career began in London firms of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, BNP Paribas, Dresdner Kleinwort and Cazenove where he gained exposure to the equity and debt markets through his roles in Equity Research, Equity Strategy and Debt Capital Markets.
Mr Abbey-Hart gained his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Economics from the London Guildhall University, London, U.K. He also sits on the Boards of Lesley Morgan Investments and NuTech Consult Limited.
